• Roundabout Diner & Lounge (580 US Highway 1 Bypass, Portsmouth, 431-1440, roundaboutdiner.com) is accepting family-scale Christmas dinner orders that can accommodate 5 to 6 people, including slow-smoked pork ribs or seasoned pork loin with smoked sugar-cured bacon . Both come with red bliss mashed potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts. A la carte items include appetizers such as shrimp cocktails, Italian meatballs, and smoked chicken or scallops wrapped in bacon; and desserts such as double chocolate black forest cake. Pie orders and half slices of cornbread are also available. Pick-up time is from 8 am to 3 pm on December 24 (Friday)

• Smoke Shack Cafe (226 Rockingham Road, Londonderry, 404-2178, smokeshackcafe.com) is accepting Christmas dinner orders, including smoked ham with mashed potatoes, butternut squash, brown sugar carrots, green beans, macaroni, cheese and cornbread. Other a la carte items include bacon-wrapped turkey breast with jalapeno and sausage stuffing, smoked ribs, breakfast casserole and dessert pies. Order before December 19. Pickup time is from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, December 24

• Sweet Caroline (28 Homestead Place, Alton, 875-0263, find them on Facebook @sweetcarolinenh) is accepting multiple flavors (apple, blueberry, pecan, chocolate cream, pumpkin, ricotta or lemon meringue) Orders of 10 inch pies, as well as traditional Christmas log cakes, eggnog cheesecakes and various mini pastries or biscuit platters. Order before December 18.

• Tammaro's Cucina (469 Charles Bancroft Hwy., Litchfield, 377-7312, tammaroscucina.com) is accepting orders for a variety of homemade pasta trays, including cheese or meat lasagna, stuffed shells, pasta and meatballs, chicken broccoli Macaroni, etc. Provide half-size trays (accommodating 6 to 8 people) and full-size trays (accommodating 12 to 16 people), each with a loaf of garlic bread. Order before December 22, and pick up by Friday, December 24 at the latest.
