The design of the MY Idra water bottle started by asking a basic question-can we design a water bottle that does not use plastic at all? The research team found that the answer lies in more than a simple metal thermos or glass bottle (which ultimately requires a plastic jug or a water purifier with plastic parts). Instead, the MY Idra bottle combines storage, filtration and dispensing functions in one bottle, so you only need to fill up the tap water and the rest is handled by the bottle.

The innovative porous ceramic filter purifies and mineralizes your water, providing you with a fresh glass/cup every 15 minutes, and... the filter can be used forever, ensuring that you do not need to discard or replace any parts of the MY Idra bottle .

Claysilite ceramic gravity filter and Claysilite pearl can remove 99% of harmful substances (including chlorine) in 0.8 seconds.

The ingenious design of the bottle focuses on three very important elements/innovations. First of all, MY Idra baby bottles are completely free of plastics and can be used permanently even if they are used frequently. Externally, MY Idra uses a double-layer stainless steel and glass structure. The 18/8 stainless steel housing contains raw water, which trickles through the MY Idra filter, dripping into and filling the transparent glass below.

The clever design helps you track the amount of water you drink and helps you stay hydrated by reminding you to drink.

The second and most notable innovation is the MY Idra filter, which is a unique, long-lasting small porous ceramic disc that can filter and mineralize water. This material called Claysilite was specially developed by the people of Idra to remove microplastics, bacteria, heavy metals, pollutants, pesticides and more impurities, thanks to the mineral composition of Claysilite and 0.2/ Porosity of 1 micron. The silver ions in Claysilite also help maintain disinfection and cleanliness, ensuring that the filter never needs to be replaced.

To clean the Claysilite filter, you only need to put it in boiling water for 10 minutes a month. The Claysilite filter can be used almost permanently. The filter comes with a Claysilite pearl, which is a small particle that can remove 99% of the chlorine in the water in less than a second. When you use chlorinated tap water in the world, the MY Idra bottle is very convenient.

In the end, everything reached MY Idra's third innovation-the ability to positively influence the behavior of its users. The clever design of the bottle actually encourages you to drink plenty of water and stay hydrated throughout the day. The rotating metal ring around the lower half of the bottle allows you to accurately calculate how many glasses of water you drank in a day. The water flows through the filter, uses gravity to purify itself, and gradually fills the cup. After being filled, the cup is separated from the bottle, allowing you to drink directly, while the metal counter ring lets you know how many cups you have drunk that day.

Reach the goal of 8 cups a day.

Each MY Idra comes with a 34 oz (1000 ml) stainless steel bottle (with aluminum lid), permanent Claysilite filtration system and an 8 oz (240 ml) glass bottom. These bottles also come with 12 Claysilite dechlorinated pearls (each pearl can be used for one month, but these pearls can only be used if chlorinated water is used), and you can purchase additional pearls from Idra's website in the future. The design of the bottle is designed for long-term use-the stainless steel elements and glasses can be washed in a dishwasher, the lid should be washed by hand, and even the filter can be disinfected regularly in boiling water for permanent use. Every aspect of the bottle is carefully designed to be used as long as possible, except for the clay pearls that need to be discarded every 100 liters...Although to ensure that they do not become waste, Idra’s design team recommends that you use the used pearls Add to the soil. In your potted plants, they will continue to dechlorinate the soil (albeit mildly) when you water the plants in the next few years. MY Idra will be shipped in May 2022, and you can buy it at an early bird price of US$149.
