“Nourish yourself with flavorful fare made with healthy ingredients fresh from the garden,” is how Flavor Full Kitchen is described for the 2022 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, which is running from March 2nd to July 4th.

For 2022, Flavor Full Kitchen and Trowel & Trellis have traded menu items, with Flavor Full Kitchen now hosting the Grilled Street Corn on the Cob, and Trowel & Trellis now featuring the Grilled Baby Vegetables.

The seasoning on this corn on the cob is good, but nothing special. Corn on the cob is usually street food for fairs and flea markets, so it feels like there was a lack of effort/ingenuity in creating a dish for this booth. They could’ve done sliders or something, we don’t know. At the end of the day this is just… corn. At least it takes a good photo.

We’re picky about our salmon dishes, but we highly recommend this one! The salmon was cooked perfectly and flaked apart easily when cut with our fork. The salmon is served over a scoop of farro risotto and micro herbs. The farro risotto was packed full of flavor flavor including some hints of sweet citrus, rightfully earning this dish’s spot at the Flavor Full Kitchen. The farro risotto was so good that we would happily eat it alone, but when paired with the salmon, it’s heavenly.

The strawberry mousse is an excellent dessert option. It comes gorgeously plated, complete with a gummy worm on top to add some fun. The mousse is served coated in a sugar crust, which adds some crunchy texture to an otherwise creamy dessert. The mousse is simple and similar to other mousse cakes you’ll find around Disney Parks, but that doesn’t diminish its deliciousness. The mousse’s strawberry flavoring is light, but the fresh strawberries served on the side help to boost the fruitiness. The cookie crumbles add some chocolate to the plate and compliment the strawberry mousse nicely.

This is basically just fruit punch by any other name. It could’ve been Kool-Aid for all we know.

This was one of the most interesting and fun things they’ve done in a while. Lots of guests were curious at this nostalgic dessert-turned-drink, because it really is the liquefied version of it. This would make a good kid-approved item since it’s so fun. The cookie butter really shines in this and gives it a very memorable, enjoyable taste. It has a slightly thicker consistency than a chocolate milk, but not by much. When you manage to get a sip with a cookie crumble in there, it’s pretty amazing. Definitely get this.

Flavor Full Kitchen is located near the Imagination! Pavilion, by the pathway that leads to Refreshment Port. You can find it at number 1 on the map below.

While Flavor Full Kitchen didn’t return with any new items this year, we still recommend checking this booth out for yummy and healthy dishes!
